June Program - Betty Kuhlers

Betty Kuhlers from the Tri-Cities will be our guest speaker at the June meeting. She does fabulous art quilts and the evening will be full of inspiration.

Betty will offer a discount to our members that choose to buy one of her books. They normally sell for $30 but she will have some with her at the meeting and she will sell them for the discounted rate of $25. Woohoo!!!

There is also a possibility of her teaching a class for our members. There needs to be a commitment from 10 or more and she will give us a great price for the 3-day class of just $90 per person. That's just $30 per day! Classes will be from 10-4 each day so that's 18 hours total time to be with friends and learn some great new techniques.

Betty will provide a supplies list which will eliminate the necessity of purchasing a kit. For those that prefer the kit option, we can ask her if that's a possibility. The week that Betty is available to teach our class is July 11-15. We'll firm up which 3-days by our June meeting. I know many of you will want to see the finished project possibilities before you commit so be sure to be at the meeting on June 7.
